Community of Hearts Lifelong Learning Centre Founded in 2012 Community of Hearts is a notforprofit charitable organization in Guelph supporting youth adults and seniors with developmental exceptionalities to achieve the level of independence they desire. Through curriculumbased quality programming a person centred focus as well as relevant and responsive opportunities we support our participants to build self confidence self advocacy and become more engaged members in the community. LEARNING DAY PROGRAMS Learn about our daily programming Monday Friday 9am 3pm to enhance your skills for independence self advocacy reducing social isolation and increasing community engagement. BOXES OF HEARTS SOCIAL ENTERPRISE Learn more about our free Boxes of Hearts Social Enterprise Program.
