DirectHer Network is about creating space for equality to thrive and for distribution of opportunity to occur. Our goal is to have our boardrooms reflect the communities we live in and we recognize there are brick walls that are keeping women out of the board room. We seek to empower all women across the spectrum of diversity with the knowledge confidence and community to take their seat at the board and to bring their whole selves to this space. Because heres the thing about brick walls they can be leveled.
