WE CREATE LEARNING COURSES FOR TYPE1DIABETES MANAGEMENT The Australian Paediatric Society APS the peak professional body in Australia for regional child diabetes care has developed elearning courses for schools and childcare. The courses have been endorsed by the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes ISPAD. ISPAD INFOGRAPHIC DIABETES IN SCHOOLS 2024 The world authority on Type 1 Diabetes the International Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes ISPAD has launched the 2024 legally validated plain language infographic to advise on roles responsibilities and the need to comply with legal frameworks for successful management of Type 1 Diabetes in Schools. Media Statement 20 December 2023 The tragic preventable death of Lachlan Cook whist in the custody of his school in late 2019 has shone a light on a known workplace safety issue for students with Type 1 Diabetes.
