The Glawry Association lists as its primary aims to: Fundraise for subsidised insulin pump camps; Provide education days; Engage families in family support nights; Provide diabetes educator support; Create an information bank of educational and support materials for open access by families and sufferers; and, where possible and where funds allow; Under our Constitution, our objectives are to: To promote the prevention and control of Diabetes; To provide current and relevant information to sufferers of Diabetes; To develop and/or provide relevant aids and equipment to sufferers of Diabetes; To provide broadbased education to carers and service providers dealing with Diabetes on a daily basis; To engage in activities to raise community awareness of Diabetes and other related medical conditions.
