Advancing Public and Social Welfare through Digital and Financial Literacy with #Bitcoin Learning and Innovation 🟧 @theschoolofbtc 🟧@StacksAustralia Our overall mission and goal is to Advance Public and Social Welfare. In 2022 we actively resolved a lack of Digital and Financial Literacy in our regional communities through more than 150 in person and online education events. This included weekly afterschool Coding 4 Kids programs, catering for a new wave of homeschoolers many of whom for various reasons do not have access to digital resources or programs suited to their specific needs that our centre was able to provide. For the individual, new opportunities are being created through the use of Web3 technologies that enable them to monetise themselves in a sustainable manner not found in the Web2 world. This includes artists, musicians, freelancers and individuals who were severely mentally and financially challenged during the pandemic leaving them vulnerable to the risk of facing long term unemployment. We also identified and procured a significant opportunity to develop a Blockchain and WEB2toWEB3 developer community in our regions, to create the future of work and employment pathways for disadvantaged members of our communities. The pathways created will show fruit in 2023 with an expected 100 plus opportunities to be created.
