In 2022, AALI delivered three programs of activity that contributed to its aim of supporting leadership development professionals in Australia to develop better leaders: a Masterclass in March for facilitators and leadership development practitioners, held at the Museum of Australian Democracy, Canberra; a series of V Cafes online events to provide a place for connection and support, as well as professional development for practitioners; and a book discussion evening for a book written by two of our faculty, Maxime Fern and Michael Johnstone: Provocation as Leadership.
