We continue to provide Open Heart Meditation sessions, available online and offline, following our syllabus for communities around Australia to help them to connect with their spiritual heart to feel the peace, calmness and the joy, stemming from their relationship of unconditional love with the Creator. We continue to offer Open Heart for Everyone, which is aimed to provide a structured learning about the Spiritual Heart and connection to the Creator in a more relaxed way, where participants just need to join 5 1hour sessions. We provided training for volunteers who would like to start sharing the Open Heart for Everyone program across Australia, to help others to open their heart to the Creator more. Our participants continue to return to join the Open Heart Meditation sessions because the practice have helped them to be more calm, peaceful, grateful and joyful in their everyday life. Our centre in Hobart, Tasmania, also continues to offer workshops, practices and public introductory sessions, where the Open Heart community can get together, share their experiences to help each other, and welcome new participants.
