Head Strong Foundation strives to build mental health awareness and provide support in Regional & Remote communities within NSW. By raising funds for our charity, the Head Strong Foundation provided Mental Health Workshops in Rural Central West NSW. The purpose of these workshops were to give greater education to the communties regarding Mental Health Issues. By educating these targeted communties regarding Mental Health, the Head Strong Foundation hopes to reduce it's destructive impact.
