Katu Katu Inc Australia is a not for profit organisation, we work to raise awareness of complex mental health issues with an interactive Living Heritage Education & Exhibition Experience, with the unique taste of Native Agriculture (Bush Tucker). We raise awareness and reduce the stigma of mental health issues through guided mindful bushwalks and didgeridoo workshops. The programs draw knowledge from the rich Indigenous cultures of Australia. The mental health knowledge is strategically and delicately embedded into our fun outdoor activities. This creates an open and friendly environment that is free of judgement for the participants to engage, share, and learn.
