We provide services for frail aged clients, people with a disability and their carers who require assistance with daily living to remain living independently at home and in the community. IC Care (Inclusive Community Care) aims to connect people who identify as rural, remote and/or socially isolated to services. The outcome being that people will live in their homes longer without the need for supported accommodation while maintaining connections with the local community.
