Ipswich Men’s Shed Inc Est 2012 – Shoulder to Shoulder
As a Men's Shed our Association provided a safe and secure environment for men (including men requiring an assistant/carer) over the age of 18 year, to contribute to successful projects, both private and community, on behalf of the Shed, and so feel engaged within the community. The Ipswich Men's Shed also conducted multiple Men's Health Sessions including supervised exercise programs, hearing check/examination sessions, prostate lectures, invalidity lectures, dementia, lectures, suicide and black dog lectures and good eating demonstrations.
