The Queen's Fund's primary objective is to financially assist and empower single women and children in Victoria who are in distress, crisis or emergency situations. It does this by providing emergency funding in the form of financial grants of up to $350. The financial assistance provided can help prevent homelessness, enable a woman to escape domestic violence, provide education or training for a woman and/or her children, pay essential medical bills and provides crucial financial breathing space to enable the woman to get her life and affairs back on track.
