Honour Our Fallen Limited (ABN: 33622575213RR0001) is an Australian nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring and preserving the memory of deceased Australian military veterans. Founded with the mission to commemorate those who have served the nation in all conflicts and theatres since the Boer War, the organization actively promotes respect and pride within Australian communities, particularly among youth, through educational and commemorative activities.

Facilitators are appointed in rural towns, districts, and suburbs to coordinate with local schools, ensuring the awareness and success of the program while maintaining safety and quality standards through proper flag placement equipment and educational resources.

History and Launch

Honour Our Fallen was officially launched on Remembrance Day, 11 November 2017, coinciding with the centenary of the end of World War I. The launch included media announcements and outreach to various government authorities to garner support. Since its inception, the organization has sought to recognize veterans from all branches of service, including the Army, Navy, Airforce, Nursing Corps, Women’s Services, Merchant Seamen, and Peacekeeping forces.

Community Engagement

The organization actively requests participation from veteran groups, historical societies, community organizations, families of deceased veterans, and individuals to complete flag request forms to assist in research and commemorative planned activities. By involving various sectors of the community and educational institutions, Honour Our Fallen aims to capture the essence of the Australian spirit while honoring those who have sacrificed for their country.
