Sailing Lifts Your Spirits purpose is to promote sailing for wellbeing. SLYS was able to provide a wellbeing enhancing Sailing experience to over 200 Guests using 10 volunteer yacht owners, 29 Volunteer Experienced Sailors and 10 Volunteer Shore crew.

We proactively support the wellbeing of our Healthcare workers and First Responders through the provision of nocost and ongoing sailing experiences designed to thank them for their service in protecting us all. We present a sailing pathway to help defend themselves against the cumulative stressors of their work lives.
