We assisted one family and one individual from refugeelike backgrounds with financial and practical support. We recruited additional volunteers and provided them with relevant training from the NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS) using a grant from Sutherland Shire Council. We raised awareness in our community through Refugee Week activities.
