Melbourne Murugan Temple Sunshine
Provide and operate a place of worship (properly consecrated traditional Hindu temple). Provide Hindu religious services, facilitate, participate and sponsor Indian/Sri Lankan/Oriental Cultural and community events in the temple premise. Provide free vegetarian food on selected days and festival days for elderly and devotees. Provide religious counselling/support to Hindu refugees at MTA etc. Facilitate religious seminars, workshop etc. at the the temple. Also we are in the process of building a cultural function centre and dining facility to serve the cultural and social needs of the community.
