We provided food relief to vulnerable families and individuals with struggle financially. We also ran parenting workshops to educate and help parents to build stronger relationship with their children. We ran community activities and events to create social connectedness in the local communities.

Who We Are In 1998 Hands of Hope was established by Hope Church Brisbane. We serve as the community arm of the church and merged with Australia Care and Trauma Services ACTS in 2022. We are committed to bring hope through practical means to build empowered and socially sustainable communities. We desire not only to empower families to lead successful and holistic lives but also to work with young individuals and children through targeted programs and events to improve their quality of life.
