Moree Family Support has provided individual and group support and programs to families, children and youth throughout our 6 specialised projects Connecting Communities (provides advice and referral pathways to the Moree community, programs such as Young Parents Group and community activities and events., Targeted Early Intervention Program (Low to medium risk families, youth and children within the Moree township) providing individualised case management support, playgroups and parenting programs, Moree Youth Homeless Project (Youth aged 16 24 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness within the Moree Plains Shire), Staying Home Leaving Violence (Women and their families aged 18 years and over who have separated from a violent partner or family member, but choose to remain in their own home) as well as After School Care and Vacation Care providing a safe and responsive environment for the provision of child care services for children aged between 512 years of age.
