AUSTRALIAN SPONSORSHIP FORAFRICAN KIDS Home About BASICS Make a Donation Contact Us More AUSTRALIAN SPONSORSHIP FOR AFRICAN KIDS Improving the lives of underprivileged kids All donations over 2 are tax deductible Who we are and what we do Australian Sponsorship for African Kids is a charitable foundation dedicated to supporting African kids by financially supporting Nanas House a day centre in Chorkor Ghana that is administered and staffed by NGO BASICS International. Without Nanas House children would be on the streets and the beaches unable to escape the cycle of poverty illiteracy child labour and teenage pregnancy. Also for many of the 100 children that visit daily this is the only opportunity to have a hot nutritional meal. With the education health training and skills training they receive at Nanas House before and after school they are able to turn their lives around.
