Through interacting with other like minded organisations and referrals from schools and other government agencies, we achieved positive outcomes for our clients, their families and the community. this has been highlighted in our organisations successful launch and opening of the Ballajura Community Garden in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Ballajura/Malaga and the Ballajura Community College, as well as the City of Swan and support from business organsitions such as Holmans, Wattyl Paints, Hinds Sands and Jaycar. This has allowed us to continue our work with at risk young people in the community through not only the garden programme, but also The Living Art Garden, (LAG Programme). and the South Ballajura Primary School for their special needs young students. In the coming year, the garden will also be utilised for students deemed to be at risk. The access programme that the school runs will also benefit from CCY's tactile work programmes with these identified young people.
