The company's objects as a registered charity are all or any of the following: 1. To advance education for youth (except technical and further education colleges, universities or schools). 2. To provide life skills and realworld of work training designed at better preparing youth for the future of work and speed of change. Our purpose is to prepare young people for the future of work by combining lifelong learning with realworld experience. We believe there's a gap in the education of young people that can only be addressed through controlled/managed exposure to work/life experiences. During the 2022 reporting period we ran a successful pilot of our PIGPEN: A Professional Education Network that prepares a new generation of designers, marketers and shakers for the future of work. Our purpose is to prepare students for the future of work by combining lifelong learning with realworld experience. In turn, we're developing the digital, design and people skills that businesses need for the future of change. Automation is predicted to transform every job across the Australian economy by 2030, with 90% of future jobs requiring digital literacy (FYA, 2020). It's an opportunity for our most ambitious students to connect with industry mentors throughout a 6month learning and development program that we've dubbed The PIGPEN. LifeLong Learning: 6x modules 48 hours per week 1o1 fortnightly sessions with a mentor RealWorld Experience 36 month internship with a industry partner 48 hours per week 1o1 fortnightly meetings with a mentor Our remotefirst, flexible team is agile, transparent, approachable and committed to designing meaningful experiences for everyone. We provide practical experiences (work experience) that help develop and nurture your emotional intelligence (life skills). Projects are often geared to the individual's interests and we'll happily say no to a project if it doesn't fit the needs of our mission. Our preference is for projects that support other charities and not for profits.
