WELCOME Norfolk Street Child Care Centre NSCCC is a not for profit 66 place centre offering care to the local community since 1976. NSCCC offers care and educational programs for children aged 3 months to 5 years with an integrated 3 year old and 4 year old Kindergarten program. We promote small group sizes with many highly qualified educators. NSCCC is a community based centre operated by a Management Committee committed to building and maintaining supportive trusting relationships with children and families and ensuring a provision of high quality care.
