MLC auspices the South West Sydney Tenant s Advice and Advocacy Service (SWSTAAS), and the Macarthur Women s Domestic Violence Court Assistance Service (MWDVCAS). Our collaboration and colocation with these services allows us to deliver holistic service solutions to clients with multifaceted needs (e.g. a woman escaping domestic violence can get ADVO court assistance and DV casework, legal advice/casework as well as assistance with any tenancy and housing issues she may have in this sense we are able to offer clients a convenient onestopshop). MLC also auspices the Camden Wollondilly DV Committee. This committee brings together representatives from the community and from services who are involved in providing services to victims and perpetrators of domestic and family violence with the object of: Sharing information; and Raising community awareness of DV issues.
