Westerly Family Centre ABOUT US Welcome to Westerly Family Centre The Westerly Family Centre is your friendly local not for profit Community and Neighbourhood Centre located on the beautiful coast of Rockingham 47 km to the south of Perth Western Australia. We originally opened on the 27th October 1990 purposely built for a government run 3 year old program. Over time we have become a busy hub for the CooloongupRockingham community a place for people to come together a real testament to our community as we support and facilitate connections in our community. We are managed by a volunteer committee and receive funding from the State Government through the Department of Communities under the Empowering Communities Program.
