Although public facetoface interactions, such as mall stalls, continued to be curtailed due to COVID19 concerns, both oneonone and telephone support were uninterrupted, consistent with the charity s overall goal of engendering trust through personable interactions. These confidential support services form the basis of the charity s care for adult victims of crime, most notably domestic violence and sexual abuse. The charity holds that survivors want and need someone to hear who believes. As survivors themselves, members confine their role to listening and acting as a trusted sounding board. The charity continued to fund this activity by providing support services to the disabled within Hornsby and the Kuringgai Chase through the NDIS program. This service is limited to support involving Social and Community Activity and Daily Activities.
