An independent, not-for-profit, medical research institute dedicated to improving the lives of people living with brain and nervous system disorders. Transforming lives through medical research We support Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) to tackle the growing impact of illness related to neurodegeneration, mental health, and translational neuroscience. Given our ageing population, there is a growing need to research neurodegenerative conditions as over 350 thousand Australians are living with Dementia. We raised money from industry and philanthropy in 2022 to support NeuRA's research portfolio.
