Welcome - Southern Cross Wildlife Care
We provided rescue, hospital facilities,treatment and rehabilitation for wildlife and other animals compromised by natural disasters, trauma, illness, habitat loss and other problems. We also provided training and support for veterinarians, veterinary students, nurses and carers. Community support was provided including lectures and counselling.

Our hospital is staffed by qualified veterinary volunteers dedicated to the treatment and care of Australian wildlife. Wildlife require special care and treatment. Unfortunately there are few places they can go to if they are sick or injured.
