Welcome to Tweed River Home Modifications Maintenance Assoc Inc TRHMMS pronounced Trims for short. Established since 1990 TRHMMS continues to provide in line with CHSP and ADHC Guidelines a Home Modification and Maintenance Service to address safety issues for the frail aged and people with disabilities and their carers permanently residing in the Tweed Shire. The Commonwealth Home Support Programme CHSP and Ageing Disability and Homecare ADHC program provides a range of services that support people who live at home and whose capacity for independent living is at risk of premature or inappropriate admission to long term residential care. The services are provided to frailaged people and younger people with disabilities and their carers.
