The purpose of the Shoalhaven Defence Families Association Incorporated (SDFA) is to provide moral and emotional support to assist defence families with the challenges and demands of military life. To operate activities and training for defence families in the Shoalhaven and surrounding area. The SDFA is a not for profit organisation which aims to bring fun, friendship and connection to members, both within and external to defence which contributes to a thriving community. The SDFA exists to provide a consistent hub, with services and support, to promote networking and personal growth and learning opportunities to members and visiting defence force families.
