02 4396 1555 02 4396 1555 the heartbeat of an inclusive community Artist Emma Peel 2022 created on Darkinjung land This one off original Aboriginal artwork is a story of the Toukley Neighbourhood Centre. The bottom part of the painting represents the water and all the wonderful sea life and creatures close by in the Toukley surroundings. The top part of the painting features the natural wilderness with native leaves and plants which flourish in this area. The blue depicts the ocean and the changing tides and moods that it displays on a daily basis.
