The National Guarantee Fund provides compensation to meet certain types of claims arising from dealings with participants of ASX Limited, Cboe Australia Pty Ltd (formerly known as ChiX Australia Pty Ltd) and in limited circumstances participants of ASX Clear Pty Ltd, in the circumstances set out in Division 4 of Part 7.5 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
