Our Association is a community organisation working with the senior and/or isolated clients and othe The Spanish Community Care Association (SCCA) is a nonforprofit charity with Deductible Gift Recipient Status. Our function is to provide welfare, housing, mental, financial and social assistance to our clients. Our clients are disadvantaged Spanish speakers, due to their poor command of the English language, age, isolation/or loneliness, and very limited access to social support, even more, prevalent during Covid19 isolation period. SCCA runs a weekly Spanish Day Centre at Ultimo Community Centre and Counterpoint Community Centre at Waterloo (Covid period). We provide home visiting and regular telephone calls to clients and social programs.

The City of Sydney supported the SCCA in developing its community services.

The SCCA operates as a Deductible Gift Recipient charity, offering services free of charge and relying on donations and community support. It welcomes volunteers and encourages community participation to ensure its programs remain vibrant and effective.
