Quick Exit Adventure Works Australiaemerged from a shared desire to support the safe and effective use of Bush Adventure Therapy and therapeutic outdoor practices across Australia. Research evidence now demonstrates these approaches can support physical psychological social behavioural and ecological wellbeing. Through our work we hope to provide greater access to Outdoor Health practices so that more people may gain the health wellbeing and healing benefits of going outdoors with others.
