PCG was founded in 2021, by the community for the community, with the aim of reducing isolation & advancing mental health. 2024 has seen the first phase of our community garden's creation, a place the community can come together to 'Act, Belong, Commit' Provided a place(s) and arranged opportunities where individuals were supported to work on meaningful projects and/or activities in the company of others, to relieve isolation and loneliness. Undertook charitable activities for the benefit of the broader community. Provided opportunities for the community that were accessible by all, no matter what age, ability, gender, sex, religion or cultural background. Organised fundraising and applied for grants to ensure the successful and continued functioning of the Association and its work.
