THE ACADEMY39SAREAS OF FOCUS ARE CULTURAL COMPETENCEPROGRAMMES WORK READINESSPROGRAMMES WELLBEINGPROGRAMMES EDUCATION EMPLOYMENTPATHWAYS MENTORING SUPPORTPROGRAMMES BENEFITS FORABORIGINAL PEOPLE The Academy aims to provide opportunities programmes and support to Aboriginal people that lead to meaningful employment. The Academy provides a culturally safe environment for local people to seek options and create a pathway to employment in the Resources industry. Aboriginal people from a range of backgrounds are welcome school students those looking to develop their career people wanting to upskill and people with no previous experience in the sector.
