Weekly Zen meditation sessions (face to face & online) were held most Sunday evenings throughout the year. The group's teacher and associate teacher gave Dharma talks and provided guidance to meditation participants during the sessions. Weekly reading group discussions (online) were held during certain months. 5 x OneDay Silent Practice Day (SPD) were held, and 1 x TwoDay SPD was held. The group's teacher and associate teacher gave Dharma talks, provided guidance and offered oneonone interview opportunities to meditation participants during SPD. Each weekly meditation session and SPD were attended by between 5 and 15 practitioners (face to face and online combined). An annual 5day meditation retreat was held in September. The group's teacher and associate teacher gave Dharma talks, provided guidance to retreat participants and conducted interviews with practitioners. A number of social gatherings were held for practitioners and their family and friends.

We meet in Bardon in the inner west of Brisbane. We pay our respects to the Jagera and Turrbal peoples on whose ancient lands we meet and to their elders and ancestors throughout time.
