Communities of Wellbeing – Inspiring and Connecting Flourishing Communities
Communities of Wellbeing is a group of people from all aspects of society united in their desire to use the science of Positive Psychology to improve the wellbeing of our communities. Facilitated collaborations to create toolkits and accompanying education programs which built capability and capacity in individuals and teams to enhance resilience. Premiered movie How to Thrive engaging with over 200 healthcare professionals and practitioners. The movie tracked 7 individuals with significant mental health issues and demonstrated how they could with their own wellbeing agency and use of positive psychology interventions they could function more effectively. Delivered positive relationship education (URStrong) to over 500 educators students and families
