Since our inception in 2002, the BHC Group has delivered in excess of 1,900 dwellings and continues to own and/or manage a total residential property portfolio in excess of 1,800 units. As at 30 June 2022, the BHC Group has assisted in excess of 7,000 low to moderate income households into affordable, stable and secure housing. The complex needs of many of our tenants means that joint initiatives with our support partners are increasingly important in helping tenants to maximise their potential and, often, to reengage with the wider community. Approximately 90% of BHC s existing social housing tenants are either high or very high need clients as classified by the Queensland State Government s One Social Housing System. BHC enjoys strong networks and productive partnerships with a broad range of local support agencies. Our staff also continue to create collaborations that support our tenants to sustain their tenancies and enrich their lives.
