Our reporting group, Ability Options, is one of the largest disability and employment service providers in New South Wales. The organisation supports people with disability who need assistance to achieve their aspirations and inclusion in the community. Ability Options provides a variety of services across NSW, including supporting people in the home and in the community, in education, with allied health, and supported independent living through the NDIS. The provider also assists people to find employment that is right for them, through the Australian Government s Workforce Australia program, and the Disability Employment Scheme (DES).
