Our purpose is to promote and represent the interests of the ChineseAustralian community in the State of Victoria through the delivery of quality social services, education and advocacy. We provide residential and community aged care services (including a nursing home of 120 beds, more than 500 Home Care Packages, 28 ShortTerm Restorative Care Packages, Social Support Day Centres and other Commonwealth Home Support Services) and welfare services (including NDIS, Migrant Settlement Services and various community projects)

Community Services Our Community Services Program aims at providing responsive and effective services and projects to cater for the changing needs of the Chinesespeaking community in Victoria. Today the Program offers migrant settlement services carer support for families with children of special needs mental health education and support groups. Community Aged Care Our Community Aged Care Services are delivered through our Home Care Packages Program as well as our Commonwealth Home Support Program. Our Home Care Packages Program provides packages of care support and clinical services tailormade for individual clients at their own home and whose care needs range from Level 1 Basic Care to Level 4 High Level Care.
