QuIHN provides health services for people who use drugs and alcohol throughout Queensland. We have QuIHN pursued its charitable purpose through its principal activities, including: harm reduction services (needle and syringe programs, health literacy and health promotion); workforce development and training; education and information provision; brief interventions, health promotion and referrals; outreach and community partnership initiatives; social support programs and clinical and nonclinical counselling; programs for parents and families experiencing issues associated with substance use and/or mental health; and primary care (general practice and nursing) services.
