As a communityfocused, Aboriginal organisation, we continued our work to build the collective power of our people and back our leadership, skills and capacity to genuinely achieve selfdetermination in our community and on country. We strengthened our work with First Nation peoples in the NT, WA and Queensland so they have the ability to protect country, cultural heritage and sacred sites. We supported activities which included community gatherings, various trainings from selfgovernance to strategy development, and developing stronger communications reach. A growing focus was on ensuring our communities are central to, and can share in the benefits of, the renewable energy revolution. We delivered clean energy demonstration projects in communities across the Territory, working with Traditional Owners in a bid to provide energy security on outstations, homelands, public housing and in town communities. We were a key architect of the newly launched First Nations Clean Energy Network which is made up of First Nation people, communities and organisations, collaborating with industry, investors, unions, academics, legal and technical experts to ensure First Nations people play a key role in the renewables boom.
