We Are Hope Within Ministries Community Health Counseling Dental Center What We Provide Our Programs Community Health Center The HWCHC offers free primary healthcare services for medically uninsured low income residents of Lancaster Lebanon and Dauphin Counties. Counseling Hope Within Counseling is offered on a selfpay incomebased sliding scale fee and there are no other eligibility requirements. Dental We offer donationbased oral health screenings education cleanings sealings fillings and extractions. Due to high demand the dental program is limited to patients that are connected to Hope Within primary care.
