The Case Management Society of America is an integral part of the healthcare industry and has been deeply involved in managing fundamental case management issues since 1990. CMSA is a professional organization that is necessary to better help patients reach optimum health and also ensure that the medical choices made are prompt and cost efficient. Our chapter website was implemented to keep our membership and other interested professionals updated on various aspects of local events and educational offerings. We work towards our goals by providing educational opportunities for our membership that address the major domains of the case management process.
