Our Mission AFP is the professional association of individuals responsible for generating philanthropic support for a wide variety of nonprofit or charitable organizations. The Association fosters development and growth of fundraising professionals and promotes high ethical standards in the fundraising profession. The Fairfield County Chapter of AFP represents more than two hundred fundraisers primarily in southwestern Connecticut.
