Mentoring Corps for Community Development Helping Others Succeed Established in 2012 the Mentoring Corps for Community Development MCCD has served as an important consultative resource to local businesses notforprofits and individuals throughout the Southeast Connecticut region. The board of directors is composed of retired professionals with executive experience in a range of sectors including business finance law medicine education community volunteering and highlevel corporate consulting. The group is committed to the idea that transitioning into retirement presents the perfect opportunity to pass on acquired expertise to organizations or individuals who are seeking better outcomes for their current challenges. We respect confidentiality and work for our clients on a pro bono basis.
