The CT Council of Family Service Agencies is the premier network that strengthens diverse individuals, families and the communities in which they live through coordinated service delivery, advocacy, leadership and collaboration. THE COUNCIL SERVES AS THE BACKBONE OF THE NETWORK FOR SEVERAL COLLABORATIVE PROGRAMS, PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROGRAMMATIC OVERSIGHT, DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS, AND PROVIDING PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & QUALITY IMPROVEMENT.
