Advancing Health Equity in Brooklyn NY WHAT WE DO National Kidney Disease Month Advocacy Sponsor programs to ensure health care access for underserved Brooklyn residents. Education Sponsor activities for health and community wellness. Provide Grants for health community outreach health programs. The BHE Foundation awarded the Black Long Term Care Executives BLTCE organization 20000 for a summer health internship program to introduce high school students to careers in the Long Term Care Field.
