Welcome to the Emerson Volunteer Fire Department Website Established in November of 1905 the Emerson NJ Volunteer Fire Department is a communitybased organization staffed by unpaid volunteers. It primarily focuses on responding to and addressing various emergencies within the town including firefighting rescue operations and fire prevention. The department is dedicated to providing fire safety education maintaining equipment engaging with the community through fundraising and events and collaborating with neighboring departments through mutual aid agreements. Our mission is to protect lives and property while fostering community support and preparedness.
