February 2023 Dear Visitor We write today to let you know how much we appreciate your support of The Parkinson Alliance. Your continued commitment to the Parkinsons community has brought us closer to our goal of ending Parkinsons disease. As you know like many nonprofit organizations the impact of the pandemic and an unstable economy has made it increasingly difficult to operate. It is for this reason that after careful consideration and thoughtful discussions with staff and Board of Directors and volunteers we will be closing our doors on April 30 2023.
